(NASDAQ), a leading provider of customer relationship management software; MPR Teltech Ltd., a high tech spin-off of BC Telecom Inc. (a unit of GTE) and Microtel Ltd., a leading Canadian electronics manufacturing company. Prior to joining Smart Seed, Peter was Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Operations with Visible Path Inc., a spin-off of Mindquake Software Inc. Peter holds Batchelor and Master of Arts Degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom and Canada.
